Refund Policy

At Pro Engine Group, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for engines purchased from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the refund terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions. An engine may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The engine received is not as described in the invoice

  • The engine is damaged during transit

  • The engine is defective upon arrival and reported within the allowed timeframe

  • The incorrect engine was shipped due to an error on our part

All refund requests must meet the criteria outlined in this policy to be considered.

Inspection & Notification Period

Customers must inspect the engine immediately upon delivery. Any issues must be reported to Pro Engine Group within 3 business days of receiving the engine.

Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the engine in its delivered condition.

Conditions Where Refund Is Not Applicable

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Engine has been installed, disassembled, altered, or tampered with

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

  • Engine failure due to overheating, lack of oil, or poor maintenance

  • Incorrect engine ordered by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Normal wear and tear on used engines

Used engines are sold as tested and inspected units, and cosmetic differences do not qualify for refunds.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior approval from Pro Engine Group. Customers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping any engine back.

Returns sent without authorization will be refused.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • If the return is approved due to our error, return shipping costs will be covered by Pro Engine Group

  • If the return is approved for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Engines must be returned in the same condition as received and properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned engine is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Exchange Option

In some cases, customers may choose an engine replacement or exchange instead of a refund, subject to availability. Exchanges are handled faster and are often the preferred solution.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before shipment. Once an engine has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will fall under the return and refund process.
 

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties and taxes

  • Import regulations in their country

Refunds for international orders follow the same eligibility rules, but shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.
